Review of Fried Rice at Makan Vegan Geylang by xinru-t
Savoury fried rice with cabbage and shiitake mushrooms cooked in some kind of soy sauce. 🥡🍄 Personally felt it was a bit lacking in terms of 'wok hey' and ingredients... Would have liked some tofu 'egg' and more veggies (such as the classic trio of corn, carrot, and peas). 🍳🌽🥕🫛 Not sure if I would agree with calling this a signature dish, as there are better dishes at Makan Vegan in my opinion!
