No fancy, super simple but flavourful delicious fried rice made in a typical hawker centre
style. Tried this sometime ago when this dish was still experimental and before actually showed up in the menu. Loved it of course and glad to see this out in the menu. Affordable and filling. Do try :)
Savoury fried rice with cabbage and shiitake mushrooms cooked in some kind of soy sauce.
🥡🍄 Personally felt it was a bit lacking in terms of 'wok hey' and ingredients... Would have liked some tofu 'egg' and more veggies (such as the classic trio of corn, carrot, and peas). 🍳🌽🥕🫛 Not sure if I would agree with calling this a signature dish, as there are better dishes at Makan Vegan in my opinion!
