Review of Hearty Vegan Gumbo at The Soup Spoon by windgal

A hearty and chunky soup indeed containing a mix of vegetables, tofu, tempeh. My hubby found this rather spicy. Gumbo is new to me so I didn't know what to expect. The taste was like a spicy minestrone to me. Soup base was watery, not thick.
