A hearty and chunky soup indeed containing a mix of vegetables, tofu, tempeh. My hubbyfound this rather spicy. Gumbo is new to me so I didn't know what to expect. The taste was like a spicy minestrone to me. Soup base was watery, not thick.windgal40
