Review of Rice sweet vinegar seaweed beancurd slices at Flavours by Saute by akanksha-r

Got this as one of the lunch sets as it seemed to be one of the lighter ones. A bowl of brown rice with vinegar-soaked mock fish + tofu chunks + small black fungus + 1.5 lettuce leafs (I'm bothered by the sidelining of vegetables in some vegetarian dishes). It wasn't bad, I like vinegar, but this was quite a volume of it all in one dish. I wished there were more veggies.
