This was a hearty burger! I liked the chunks of walnut mixed in, I think the blend could’ve used more salt but overall this was a tasty burger. It was very messy as it did keep falling apart. It had a red pepper aioli on it and a nice veggie blend of snap peas, broccoli, rhubarb, don’t remember what else, I added red onion, since imo a burger isn’t complete without onion.
Upgraded the chips to truffle fries which were delicious- they were served with a truffle aioli dipping sauce that was super creamy and tasty.
In the background is my friend’s Mediterranean salad he got which was huge and loaded with fresh cucumbers and Kalamata olives.
We also had some vegan carrot cake but I forgot to take a picture of it before we devoured it 😅 it was good but too much frosting for my liking - it had 2 layers I scraped off the top layer and it was perfect.
