This was hands down one the best chick’n salads I ever had! It was so fresh and creamy, had huge chunks of soy, the pistachios gave it a nice crunch and saltiness. I can’t get over how good it was - I made one of the best sandwiches with it. This from a smaller grocery store that offers a lot of vegan options and the deli does as well which is amazing! First time going there since it’s about 45 min away, but I would drive down there just for this chick’n salad. And I’m going to have to buy a gallon of this - 1/2 pound was not enough! #veganisnotscary #veganisdelicious #veganfood
