I know chips and guacamole 🥑 what’s the big deal? Well it’s actually the pico de gallo, which at Papi’s is the closest thing to fresh salsa that you find this side of the Pacific. Thanks to Singapore’s resident actually from Mexico 🇲🇽 Mexican chef Maurizio who used to work at my favorite drinking hole in NYC many years back.

And their vegan burrito is incredible! Just wish it was bigger but these days everything is getting a bit smaller and more expensive 🤣
