Review of tex mex at ahimsa cafe by xinru-t

Burrito 🌯 stuffed with smokey tempeh, scrambled tofu 'egg', sliced avocado, jalapeños, shreds of melted @violife #violife mozzarella #vegancheese, and spicy cashew mayonnaise. 🍳🥑🧀 Protein packed with the duo of tempeh and tofu; the latter was fragrant without tasting too strongly of turmeric. Loved the rich and creamy textures in the filling and cashewnaise; almost buttery yet not cloyingly so. Apart from the jalapeños, it might have been good to have a sprinkle of grilled corn or cauliflower for some crunchy veggies! Served in a reuseable #muuse container at the Conscious Festival.
