Review of Basil Chicken with OnlyEg at Bangkok Jam Great World City by xinru-t

The dish came with a choice of cubed tofu (good for those who prefer less processed ingredients) or #sglocal #foreverbyshandiglobal 'chicken' made using non-GMO pea protein, chickpeas, quinoa, flaxseeds, and brown rice. I opted for the 'chicken' which was diced into small bits for an interesting mouthfeel, albeit not exactly like 'minced meat'. Also came with fragrant @onlyeg #onlyeg omelette shreds. Slightly less spicy than typical ka pow and leaned towards a more generic stir-fry, which would suit those who can't tolerate spicy food well, though it might not satisfy your craving if you're after truly authentic ka pow.
