Vegan Tom Kha Hot Pot at Jasmine 26 Restaurant and Bar — Iszy's Review (Oct 7, 2023)

This tom kha hot pot is so unique! I liked the sweetness that the coconut milk provided. It had carrot, broccoli, onion, tomatoes, corn, taro, button mushrooms, soft and firm tofu, and lime leaf. It came with boy choy, another green, and your choice of noodles on the side. I just had a few samples of this one, but I think I might go for it the next time I'm here. It sounds perfect for winter!
