Review of Classic Cutlets - Meati by iszy

I really loved Meati's carne asada, so I was interested in how they'd handle making a vegan chicken. It definitely tastes a bit more like how I remember turkey tasting. It also has a bit more of a turkey texture, although it's a bit less stringy. I don't like the bologna look of the raw cutlets, but they do cook up nicely. These held up nicely in a Savory Spice coconut curry soup!
