Review of Hamburguesa De Berenjena (veganized) at pintXÓ - pinchos - El Cotillo by danielgl
At this September 2023 menu change, a new version of this burger reappeared on the menu, in a 100% vegan version!! That is why I am reviewing it again.
This new version consists of a more generously sized vegan patty made with #eggplant, and topped with creamy #hummus, shredded #lettuce and yummy #vegancheese. Served on a super tender #brioche bun and with a side of thick-cut, #skinonfries that were out of this world!
This portion was very filling, and priced at 13€.
