At this September 2023 menu change, a new version of this burger reappeared on the

menu, in a 100% vegan version!! That is why I am reviewing it again.

This new version consists of a more generously sized vegan patty made with #eggplant, and topped with creamy #hummus, shredded #lettuce and yummy #vegancheese. Served on a super tender #brioche bun and with a side of thick-cut, #skinonfries that were out of this world!

This portion was very filling, and priced at 13€.

We were in the mood for a burger, and this one exceeded our expectations! We

asked for vegan cheese to substitute the goat cheese, which you can do with any dish that has cheese at pintXO.

The burger is homemade and had a nice eggplant flavor, served on a brioche bun and was condimented with curry hummus, tender lettuce, and diced tomatoes. It is a bit pricey at 10€ (fries can be ordered as a side), but at least it is the same price as their meat-based burgers. We will certainly order these again!! #kimberleepower #refugiotheanimalacademy
