Review of Hamburguesa De Berenjena (veganized) at pintXÓ - pinchos - El Cotillo by danielgl

We were in the mood for a burger, and this one exceeded our expectations! We asked for vegan cheese to substitute the goat cheese, which you can do with any dish that has cheese at pintXO.

The burger is homemade and had a nice eggplant flavor, served on a brioche bun and was condimented with curry hummus, tender lettuce, and diced tomatoes. It is a bit pricey at 10€ (fries can be ordered as a side), but at least it is the same price as their meat-based burgers.
