New menu time at Pintxo's! This happens about every 6 months, and a new entry this time was this #burrito. On the menu it is described with chick*n and sour cre*m, but we asked if it could be veganized with #vegancheese and presto!

The toasted flour tortilla was packed with #basmati #rice, #blackbeans, chunks of vegan cheese along with sliced #jalapenos throughout to give it a spicy kick. Served with a side of #guacamole and thick-cut, #skinonfries that were heavenly.

Menu price is 12€, no surcharge for veganizing as always in this vegan-friendly spot.
