New menu time at Pintxo's! This happens about every 6 months, and a new entry

this time was this #burrito. On the menu it is described with chick*n and sour cre*m, but we asked if it could be veganized with #vegancheese and presto!

The toasted flour tortilla was packed with #basmati #rice, #blackbeans, chunks of vegan cheese along with sliced #jalapenos throughout to give it a spicy kick. Served with a side of #guacamole and thick-cut, #skinonfries that were heavenly.

Menu price is 12€, no surcharge for veganizing as always in this vegan-friendly spot.

I had to update this listing from a few months ago, as the new menu

was tweaked and this delicious option got even better! This healthy-sized #burrito now is packed with #heura meat (vegan no-chicken) along with creamy #blackbeans and #basmatirice. Remember to specify that you want the #locallysourced #vegancheese option as well, as they put good sized chunks of it throughout the burrito. They also swap out the sour cream side for tangy, spicy homemade #mojopicon, perfect for either drizzling on the burrito or dipping the #skinonfries. My hubby and I love this eatery, where the vibe is chill, the staff are super friendly, the food is gorgeous, the #cocktails are amazing and the views are spectacular! This dish is priced at 14€, and is very filling.
