Review of Buffet at Hiltl Dachterrasse by pattini

I really love Hiltl. It’s the first vegetarian restaurant in the world and it has multiple restaurants in Zurich. This one, the Dachterrasse (roof terrace) is in a very central location and is very cute. There is a rich buffet with a lot of vegan options (there are some that are only vegetarian so be careful). The prices are based on the weight of food on your plate and I usually pay around 20 chf for a plate like the one in the picture. This time I tried babaganoush, two different kinds of potatoes and two dishes with Planted products. Everything was extremely tasty and satisfying.
