Review of Cacio e pepe vegan at Rifugio Romano by veggymitzy

I obviously started eating before taking the pic .... it just was THAT good! Vegan cacio e pepe is hard for me to find so this was a treat: creamy cheesy, sweetness added by the pear garnish and a pear jelly on the side.. a bit too al dente for my taste but overall very very good.
