Review of Claypot rice at D’Life Signature by xinru-t

Claypot rice with monkeyhead mushrooms (eggless at this outlet according to several staff members I checked with), broccoli, tricolour bell pepper, and carrot slices. The rice wasn't charred and crispy like I would expect from claypot rice; it was instead quite moist and drenched in dark soy sauce.
