I get so happy when I find vegan items on offer, even if it is because of an upcoming expiration date 😊. I snapped up these falafel that were actually pretty good, using them as a centerpiece for a salad. An authentic taste was achieved, though a bit on the dry side, and the fact that they are fortified with 27% of the recommended #iron and vitamin #b12 makes the nutrition top-notch. Purchased at Aldi.
