Review of Pane di grano duro con lievito madre at Pippo by marabasso

This morning I had 27 people ahead of me, at the Pippo Bakery. No problem, you take the number, take a walk and come back to check if your turn comes.
It's worth it, the bread is really good. I love this one, hard wheat with sourdough.
It stays soft for several days, never wastes.
