This orange marmalade is very reminiscent of homemade marmalade. It is not too sweet and is not gelatinous. The orange peels are there and the color is that of the fruit, not chemically altered. Just good.

I am not a fan of sweet drinks, but if I have to choose one, it is definitely chinotto. It is sweet but with a bitter note that I like. This one from Lurisia is very good.

For me, it's no vacation without Pippo's focaccia here in Finale Ligure. How can I describe it? Fragrant, crispy on the edges and soft inside, with just the right amount of oil to be Ligurian focaccia.
