Lots of restaurants in PDX always get creative and throw peaches on their pizzas, burgers, tacos, and of course in ice cream too, 😋 and I’m in full support of this. 💯
This Boxcar pizza special includes their vegan Mozzarella, Bacon, Sliced Peaches, Jalapeño, and Hot Honey Drizzle. It can be prepared on a gluten free crust if needed, but the bacon is not gluten free.
I highly recommend ordering this special if you enjoy peaches! It was delicious. 🍑 The hot honey drizzle is not hot, so don’t be discouraged if spicy isn’t your thing— it merely adds a sweetness with a small hint of chili pepper and will have you discreetly licking your fingers. 😆 This pizza is 100% vegan, and judging by the thinness of the ‘honey’, I think it’s made using agave.
