Perfectly rolled ravioli filled with butternut and then finished off with cashew butter, hazelnuts, sage and lemon.
A delicious #flavour combination 👌
I appreciated that the chef asked for feedback as apparently I was the very first person to order this new dish.
I did feel it could do with a bit more acidity to break through the richness so they were going to tweak it a little.
All in all a great dish.
It is quite expensive which is expected at a venue like this.
Groot Constantia is a beautiful, historical site and certainly worth a visit 😃
