Review of 2X FILET MIGNON - JUICY MARBLES by pattini

I saw Juicy Marbles here on abillion and all the time I saw it at the supermarket it looked super inviting so I decided to give it a try. The price is very high considering it is a plant-based product: over 14 CHF. I find them regularly at Migros. Nutritionally it’s a pretty good meal, it even has an A nutri-score. I also find the packaging very nice and well-designed. As you can tell from the picture of the cooked product, it looks a lot like an actual fillet and I have to say, even the taste is very much meat-like. I really like the texture of these plant-based steaks and I discovered they are great also if you break them down when cooking them. Since I first tried them I kept buying them because I truly enjoy their taste and it’s a super flavorful dish to prepare in little time.
