Review of Cauliflower Steak at The Cedars Floating Restaurant by ekelcem

The chef at Cedars made this dish specially for me. There are no vegan options on the menu. Coeur D’Alene as a community does not offer much in vegan food. The cauliflower steak was prepared perfectly- the coconut rice -sweet and creamy- was delicious. The asparagus was also prepared perfectly.
