The chef at Cedars made this dish specially for me. There are no vegan options
on the menu. Coeur D’Alene as a community does not offer much in vegan food. The cauliflower steak was prepared perfectly- the coconut rice -sweet and creamy- was delicious. The asparagus was also prepared perfectly. Beautiful views of the lake and trees. #vegantravel #cauliflower #coeurdalene
