Review of Tofu Pesto Scramble at The Sweet Hereafter by pdxveg

This consisted of savory scrambled tofu, oyster and cremini mushrooms, asparagus, yellow and zucchini squash, cilantro, microgreens, deeply flavorful pesto, and hearty Cajan home fries. It was delicious, hearty, and gluten-free.
