Smoked Oyster Mushroom Bao at Beyond Sushi — Iszy's Review (May 16, 2023)

These bao packed so much flavor! They have pickled cucumbers, dill, sesame, red onions, miso soy glaze, and crushed peanuts. The mushrooms were high quality and had a good meat texture. They had a delicious and slightly sweet miso soup glaze on them. I also loved the crunch from the peanuts. The cucumber, onions, and dill lifted it up with some lighter flavors, making it all really well balanced. This sharing plate was $17.
