Rainbow Roll at Beyond Sushi — Iszy's Review (May 16, 2023)

This roll is a much more traditional roll compared to the other two. It has "tuna," "salmon," marinated carrots, cucumber, avocado, pickled red cabbage, dill, hijiki, lemon zest, and smoked pepper sauce. This one was the least flavorful for me. I did really enjoy the dollop of smoked pepper sauce on top, and the dill added a nice fresh flavor. Other than that the rest felt a little bland compared to the other two rolls. The fish wasn't very fishy, which I'm definitely very happy about because that's not really a flavor I want a lot of. It's definitely a very beautiful roll. This specialty roll is $17.
