If you enjoy mushrooms, then I’m nearly positive you’ll enjoy this French Style Winter Truffle Cheese by Miyoko’s Creamery. Made with cashews and very mushroom-forward in flavor, I paired it with Bob’s Red Mill oat crackers and some red wine. 🍷
I took this to a party hosted by omnivores and everyone there loved it and ate more of this cheese than the dairy cheese placed by it. 🌱 🍄 🧀 💯

ksvegan17 I wanted to try this until I found out that they kicked Miyoko out of the company and they’re suing her for taking her own recipes. There’s No Miyoko’s Creamery without Miyoko. She said that we should tell the company what we want. I hope Miyoko wins.Reply
knorthway Me too. I follow all of Miyoko’s updates on IG and also have been following any news regarding her and the company’s lawsuits against each other. Apparently the company has filed a suit against her for stealing proprietary information. I’m hopeful they can work some of their problems out in court.2 likesReply
