Review of Original Tempeh - The Tofoo Co. by devon0
I never used to eat much tempeh but after having it lots in Indonesia I totally fell in love. Sadly it’s a good bit more expensive over here than it is there but this pack did the trick. I fried three slices til golden brown and had them in a bagel with spinach, tomatoes, vegan Mayo and sriracha. It was 10/10 and fermented food is really good for you! Tempeh on its own is probably an acquired taste but I’ve grown to love it
