Eggplant Rendang at Moksa Plant-based Restaurant & Permaculture Garden — tiascaz's Review (Apr 10, 2023)

This dish is probably one of the best things I had on the entire Bali trip, maybe one of the best dishes I’ve ever had! The melt in your mouth eggplant just soaked up the rendang sauce beautifully, and the sauce was so rich and flavourful. I really recommend this dish if you come here!
