Review of Cranberry Pink Peppercorn - Nuts For Cheese by knorthway
I’ve never had a cheese by ‘Nuts for Cheese’ that I didn’t like, or at least not until I tried this flavor…😆 This Cranberry Pink Peppercorn is way too peppercorn forward for my liking.
I enjoy throwing freshly ground pepper into dishes, but never so much as to overpower other flavors. This cheese was nothing but peppercorn for me. Since I don’t enjoy letting perfectly good food go to waste, I decided to throw the majority of this cheese into a potato soup I made.🥔 And you can bet I held the pepper since this cheese made up for it. This cheese helped create a richer texture to my soup thanks to being made with cashews, and it also added protein. The ingredients of ‘Nuts for Cheese’ products are so pure and also fermented. I wouldn’t recommend buying this particular flavor for enjoying cold with crackers (unless you’re a rare fanatic for peppercorn), but being creative and throwing this cheese into a recipe is a good way to use it.
