all nuts for cheese is great but i didn’t vibe with this one 100%. thought

it was gonna be a fruity seasonal festive vibe for an xmas board but it was really heavy pepper. i was searching for the cranberry and the pink. thought i caught a cranberry here and there but then the pepper just took hold like hello did someone say pepper i am here too. and i was kinda like ok relax. but ya it was still good! lol #9090challenge #36 #veganisnotscary

Reminds me of goat chevre in the consistency and look. It has a nice cultured

taste, a little bit of sweetness from the cranberries, and a slight bite from the pepper. I was expecting more cranberry flavour. Overall, it's a great addition to a salad or spread on crackers. Though the package says it's shredable, I don't know whether that would be possible without freezing it. It's pretty soft.

This is the first product I’ve tried from this brand, and it did not disappoint!

This cashew cheese is SO flavorful and easy to spread. I also like to crumble it into salads. It has a wonderful (very strong) fermented tang. It’s a little pricey compared to other cheeses (though it seems the fermented ones always cost a little more), but because the flavor is so strong, a little really does go a long way. Looking forward to trying the other flavors as well! :)

Another FANTASTIC product from this company! This was a new one we found - had

just a hint of cranberry and loved the bursts of peppercorns. It is divine! Had it with just some wheat crackers. I’ve liked every flavor I’ve tried and this is up there with the black garlic truffle. (hoping to find a goat cheese from them soon.)

I’ve never had a cheese by ‘Nuts for Cheese’ that I didn’t like, or at

least not until I tried this flavor…😆 This Cranberry Pink Peppercorn is way too peppercorn forward for my liking.
I enjoy throwing freshly ground pepper into dishes, but never so much as to overpower other flavors. This cheese was nothing but peppercorn for me. Since I don’t enjoy letting perfectly good food go to waste, I decided to throw the majority of this cheese into a potato soup I made.🥔 And you can bet I held the pepper since this cheese made up for it. This cheese helped create a richer texture to my soup thanks to being made with cashews, and it also added protein. The ingredients of ‘Nuts for Cheese’ products are so pure and also fermented. I wouldn’t recommend buying this particular flavor for enjoying cold with crackers (unless you’re a rare fanatic for peppercorn), but being creative and throwing this cheese into a recipe is a good way to use it.
