Love this place. Andy Nguyen's restaurants is 100% vegan and everything is cooked fresh. Lots of colorful vegetables can be seen on every menu item, and they are all cooked to perfection. This plate is called Peaceful Mind.

Ingredients: Grilled mixed vegetables, beets, okra, tofu w/ smoke lemongrass garlic sauce and a side of white or brown rice.

I took my girlfriend here for a dinner date and she seemed to really enjoy it too. She ordered the Yakisoba and we had a side of crispy lotus rolls (shown in the picture).
