The best rolls!! The combination of flavors are like fireworks 🎇 in your mouth 😌 plus the sauce 👌🏼 Lettuce, rice noodles, infused lemongrass shiitake mushrooms, mixed herbs, pickled carrots, w/ rice paper.

Love this place. Andy Nguyen's restaurants is 100% vegan and everything is cooked fresh. Lots of colorful vegetables can be seen on every menu item, and they are all cooked to perfection. This plate is called Peaceful Mind. Ingredients: Grilled mixed vegetables, beets, okra, tofu w/ smoke lemongrass garlic sauce and a side of white or brown rice. I took my girlfriend here for a dinner date and she seemed to really enjoy it too. She ordered the Yakisoba and we had a side of crispy lotus rolls (shown in the picture).

This is a very good vegetarian restaurant with lots of vegan options! The dish names are a bit unusual, but also very creative. I had the "Limitless Compassion" for lunch with Okra Tempura on the side. Details below. Spicy Mongolian soy beef sautéed w/ crown top broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, jalapeño, cilantro & black pepper (includes white or brown rice and salad).

A tasty bowl full of goodness. The crisp, cool produce nicely counters the warm rice noodles and crispy spring rolls. Fresh mint, cilantro and Thai basil adds depth. Ask for extra vinaigrette dressing, you’ll thank me.

DIY fresh rolls experience. My rolls Not pictured because I’m not a pro haha Mint, cilantro. Dipping sauce that was a bit spicy-ginger. The nori fish was a crispy cracker like texture. Didn’t expect that, thought it would be more moist and textured...Long name that just describes what it is haha
