Celeriac Fondant at The Velvet Garden — skymango76's Review (Feb 11, 2023)

So glad to see this back on the menu. The fondant is beautiful - tender and delicately flavoured. The roasted onions add a great caramel note, along with the crunch of the roasted hazelnuts. The pickled sultanas add a sweet zingy highlight, really taking the dish the next level. Every dish Matt creates is just fab!
