Did everyone else know that Trader Joe's has vegan chocolate chips?! I was really surprised when my mom pulled these out. I'm used to buying their giant pound plus dark chocolate bar and just chopping that up for my baking, these are much more convenient! They melted great when mixed with a bit of coconut oil. We covered some vanilla almond biscotti with it. Delicious!
