This was one of the little places near me in Milano that actually had clearly labelled vegan dishes. Kudos to them for that and also for the creativity and trying something new. The dough was just 🤌 that's what I was missing in the previous pizza I reviewed for sure. The combination was a bit weird though, pretty much raw leeks on top and raw red cabbage (which was ok).. if the omitted the leeks it would have been better for sure. Overall I'm happy with it, but make sure to book a table in advance, as we had to take them go go and eat them on the nearest bench 😁 Keep up the good work and try a bit harder for the next ones. #veganin2023 #veganinmilan #veganuary2023
