Miang Kham Salad at Vistro — Shanna's Review (Jan 14, 2023)

🇹🇭🥗 I'm not well versed in Thai Food. But I believe this was meant to be a vegan interpretation of a local cuisine. There was a lot of focus on the crispy textures of coconut and tofu, which luckily was supported by the fresh lettuce. Nicely textured dish with balanced tangy and spicy flavours 😚
