It’s amazing how vegan options have improved in this city I’ve been visiting for more than 20 years. There used to be nothing now there are amazing vegan restaurants like this one which calls itself “French vegan fusion”. This beetroot risotto was one of the most heartwarming dishes I’ve had in a long time and it was so creamy that I couldn’t resist finishing the entire plate. And the almond ricotta was light as a feather and absolutely delicious!
