Review of Gyoza at D'life Signature 蔬品軒 by xinru-t

锅贴 Highly recommended! Perfectly crispy and delicate, with juicy and meaty fillings, reminding me of gyoza in Taiwan. Not too oily. Served with ginger and vinegar soy sauce. Would be amazing if they could also prepare this with a dumpling skirt (i.e. 冰花煎饼)! P.S. The new one-page dim sum menu at D'Life Signature Chinatown Point is fully vegan.
