Review of Chirashi Don at The Plant Food by shawneofthedead

I always love the dons here because they're both healthy and hearty, and this new chirashi don with OnlyEg tamago is wonderful. Lots of lovely textures and flavours from the slightly sweet tamago (better in this incarnation than as an omelette really), mock prawns and salmon, chunks of avocado and more. Super satisfying.
