was a touch of black salt. Includes bits of avocado, cucumber, konjac ‘prawn’ pieces, flavoured konjac ‘salmon’, dried seaweed strips, pickled ginger, a touch of wasabi, and chewy and nutty brown rice grains. The rice is supposedly with shiso but it’s v v subtle! #ricebowl #seafood #japanese

I always love the dons here because they're both healthy and hearty, and this new

chirashi don with OnlyEg tamago is wonderful. Lots of lovely textures and flavours from the slightly sweet tamago (better in this incarnation than as an omelette really), mock prawns and salmon, chunks of avocado and more. Super satisfying.
