Review of mezzemaniche alla gricia vegan at Rifugio Romano by franzepam

Pasta alla gricia is a typical dish from Lazio, with sheep cheese, black pepper and Guanciale, in this case nobody was killed so it’s vegan cheese and seitan: creamy and very “umami”. I was blown away by this pasta!
