For #Christmas lunch I decided to try the new Planet of Plants hot dogs and wrap them in puff pastry. They are made from sunflower oil and pea protein. The texture is identical to meat sausages, and I didn't notice any differences in taste either. This makes them an excellent substitute for hot dogs. They're #glutenfree, and they can be boiled in water or fried on a pan.
I served them with baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli and red onions.
