This might be my favorite pasta shape from Trader Joe's. I love exploring the new shapes they have almost every time I go. These tight curls are really great for holding sauce. And since they are such dense spirals, each bite of pasta is really satisfying. I made my avocado cilantro lime pasta salad with it for a family Christmas this weekend. I've also had it with truffle red sauce and really enjoyed that. I hope TJ's keeps this around as a staple pasta in the store!
