Review of Tibetan High Noon at Amitabul by tamiapple
Recently, a dear friend introduced me to Amitabul, after mentioning that she & her husband had gone there & they loved the food. We made a plan to meet for lunch & after glancing the menu, I went with a dish called Tibetan High Noon, which is a curry dish made with noodles, vegetables & spices. While I loved the dish, I couldn’t really discern any difference between spicy Tibetan curry & the Indian yellow curry I know & love. (I’ll read more about curry before I return). With so many options on the menu & a food category I’d never encountered — Healing Buddhist Spiritual Vegan Cuisine — I’m looking forward to our next lunch at Amitabul.
